Type a new password and confirm it. Make it different from the old one.
Tap Send code, wait for the SMS verification code and enter it.
Tap Reset, return to the login screen and sign in with the new password on the Phone Number tab.
When the SMS code does not arrive
Wait a full minute before tapping Resend; most delays are network, not failure. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, because some operators route SMS differently. Check that the number is typed without a leading zero and that DND or an SMS-blocking app is not filtering the message.
If three attempts over ten minutes bring nothing, the route is in-app customer service from the Account tab — reachable on a friend's logged-in device or through the official website's support entry.
Registered number changed or lost
If the mobile number on the account is no longer active, the SMS reset cannot reach you. The only genuine path is the platform's own customer service, which may ask for proof of ownership before changing the number.
No third party can do this for you; a Telegram account offering to 'recover' a BDG Win login for a fee is a scam.
After the reset
Log in once with the new password, save it in a real password manager, and review the Remember password tick box on any shared phone.
